SVENHOLM was built as a 38 feet cruiser/racer in 1954 by the shipyard Heidtmann in Hamburg/Germany and launched at that time as “Hobby”. She was part of a series of ten boats, which were built at Heidtmanns yard for German and American customers, and they all were called the “S&S Lokis”, designed by Olin Stephens in 1947 (Design 619: two boats “Loki” and “Chance”), 1953/54 (Design 1001: 12 boats including SVENHOLM).
Built by Aquafibre in 1971, teak interior finished in Switzerland. Second owner since 1978. Yearly maintained, continuously updated and in very good condition.
Crossed the Atlantic twice (and back) and is ready for another long voyage.
